Cancellation Policy

Musli Power Extra believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • In case your order has been shipped by us, you will get 95% refund of the MRP value (or the value at you purchased) of the products ordered by you. We provide free shipping service to all our customers, hence in case a customer cancels their order, we charge them a cancellation charge.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Kunnath Pharmaceuticals marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.


Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will deliver you the replacement product within 14 working days after your request for replacement of product is approved by us. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

You can raise a request to return/exchange a product within 7 days of its delivery. We charge you 5% of the MRP value of the products returned by you as cancellation charges. Since we do not charge a shipping fee (domestic orders), we think it’s only fair for the customer to bear the cost of shipping/other charges when sent back to us.

Refund Policy

If you are, for any valid reason, not happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within Sixty (60) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period. The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made.

BO Clause

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
